In accordance with ISO/IEC 17021-1, the organization ensures that certification activities are not influenced by commercial, financial, administrative or external pressures.

We establish processes that ensure professional certification and make every effort to deliver certification trusted by all interested parties through the development and use of verified competent personnel.

We thoroughly identify, evaluate and manage conflict-of-interest risks arising from certification activities. In particular, impartiality threats associated with related organizations such as KTR are managed through independent oversight by the Operations Committee.

The organization does not provide management system consultancy and strictly prohibits any linkage or joint promotion of certification and consultancy.

All employees shall observe the principles of impartiality and immediately report any conflict-of-interest situation.
